A new 4/5 bedroom dwelling was designed in a way to satisfy the council’s very stringent rules on new builds. The site not only had an odd triangular shape but had a prominent slope towards the back. All these landscaping features were incorporated into the design in a way to add value to the project.

This made the project so much more worthwhile and satisfying designing a bespoke house tailored towards the site. Using traditional materials at the front and finishing with a modern rear gave the building a very interesting character.
